legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of Sun City
Carolina Lakes. The CC&Rs were recorded by the original developer
in Lancaster County and are included in the title to your property.
Bylaws
Bylaws are formally adopted governing procedural regulations for the administration and management of a community association.
Architectural Design Guidelines
The Architectural Design Guidelines include minimum standards for the architecture, landscaping, and relevant criteria for the construction or addition of improvements of any type.
