Days on Market (DOM) have decreased considerably.
The charts below shows DOM for properties that have gone 

UNDER CONTRACT (UC) since the first of March.

 4 SFRs have gone UNDER CONTRACT this month.

3 SFRs went UC in 8 days or less.
 2 of those went UC in 4 days or less.
