There are Currently no ACTIVE listings in SCCL (3/26/22)

Very low inventory and high buyer demand continue to affect prices and it’s impossible to know when we’ll get back to a more normal market.

As of today, there are NO Active listings in Sun City. There is one Coming Soon and there are 2 Active listings at TreeTops. Of course listing status can change quickly, as new listings can come up, Active listings go Under Contract, and Under Contract/Pending listings Close.
