It has been another month of low inventory at Sun City Carolina Lakes and TreeTops. The month ends with 1 COMING SOON and 1 ACTIVE single family residence (SFR) listings at SCCL, and no ACTIVE Villa or Carriage Home listings. There are also no ACTIVE listings at TreeTops. An article posted here today (What Does the Rest of the Year Hold for the Housing Market?) provides some excellent insight into what the housing market may look like this year for both Buyers and Sellers. While the information provided speaks to the general housing market in the country and is not specific to our area, we can likely expect that low inventory, inflation, and rising interest rates will continue to affect this market.
