June End of Month Update

June ended with more Coming Soon (CS) and Active listings for Single Family Residences (SFR) in SCCL then we've seen since April 2021.  While there are now more CS/Active listings than we have seen recently, at this time we remain in a strong Sellers' market and f you are considering selling your home, this continues to be a great time to do it.  Of the 20 SFR homes that closed in June, 15 closed at or above list price.  Thirteen went Under Contract in 7 days or less, with 11 going Under Contract in 4 days or less.  One Villa Closed in June.  No homes Closed at TreeTops in June.
