As I have noted previously, there are likely a variety of reasons that
there are so few listings at this time, with the most likely being
COVID-19 concerns. Some people may not want anyone coming through their
home and they may not want to look at homes themselves. Know that these
are valid concerns and everyone's personal choices should be respected.
Know, also, that there are ways to handle these concerns with careful
attention to everyone's safety. Virtual tours are one option that some
people are choosing right now. For those who are willing to allow
